Do you provide end-user support in different languages?

Yes. We also plan to offer support in different languages with additional charges. Currently available support in English, Chinese.

1) English support is set default and has no additional charges.

2) Chinese support has additional charge by 100% for your hosting packages, i.e. Elementary Magic Reseller Package (Linux) costs $25/monthly, with additional Chinese end-user support, additional $25/monthly. This service can be added by request. Please send email to admin@themagichost.com or submit a ticket for this.

Our support team is staffed 24x7. We answer your end-users' questions in a professional manner and precise answers. All questions should be responded within 3 hours and normally should be resolved within 24 hours (maximum).

All Server Admin/Tech from all over the globe. We also accept applications online. Please send us an email if you are interested.
